Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Comes in the market At INR 2.69 Lakh

Royal Enfield needs no introduction, thanks to the way it has garnered the market and thus gained momentum with every of its edition launches. The recently launched new generation Himalayan coming in the domestic market is no exception though. The new edition from the Enfield brand was launched in the infamous 2023 EICMA Show and the prices of the brand seemed to have gone all the way giving a new cost of around 2 lakhs 30K, which is reasonable if you look at the features of the bike.

With so many features intact, and the competitive cost, it did pull too much of the crowd at the MotorVerse 2023, which earlier had a different name called Rider Mania. It did replace the Himalayan 411 that seemed to be in the market for not less than seven years or so. The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 has been witnessed with a radical shift for the Chennai-based company as it turned out to be the first 450 cc liquid-cooled new-age option. When we compare it to the Himalayan 411, it comes as a wheelbase that remains shorter in a big way, and it is also available in two different seating options, while the fuel tank capacity of the said bike has gone on the higher side by 2 litres to 17 litres.

Talking about the features, it comes with the new 451.65 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled DOHC fuel-injected four-valve engine. The engine is competent enough to yield a maximum power output that goes to around 40.02 PS and 40 Nm of peak torque, which remains the best torquiest single produced in India.
