Pune Coldwave Alert: Temperature Dips to 7°C – Are Colder Days Ahead? Check IMD Forecast

Pune is once again under a coldwave alert as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts chilly conditions will persist across the city. On Wednesday, December 10, the minimum temperature is expected to plunge to 7°C, greeting residents with a cold morning. The Met Department forecasts a maximum temperature of 31°C alongside the low.Specifically, areas like Pashan and Shivajinagar will experience the coldwave with lows of 7°C, while other parts of Pune are expected to see temperatures ranging between 8-9°C.

The overall Air Quality Index (AQI), which had crossed 200 (classified as ‘poor’) on December 8, improved to 160 (‘moderate’) over the past 24 hours.
