Through an AI-powered chatbot, citizens will be able to register complaints, seek information, and receive real-time updates seamlessly.
This initiative addresses long-standing issues faced by residents, including delays and challenges in accessing municipal services. With AI Mitra, grievances related to water supply, sanitation, drainage, and other civic matters can be logged directly on a digital platform, ensuring quicker action and resolution.
The system will provide continuous updates on complaint statuses, significantly reducing the need for physical visits to municipal offices.Officials confirm that AI Mitra will operate 24/7 and integrate with existing NMC services.
