This initiative not only addresses menstrual health but also emphasizes the importance of education, ensuring that girls can pursue their studies without interruption.
As part of this ambitious program, every girl enrolled in NMC-run schools and junior colleges will receive six sanitary napkins each month, totaling 72 pads per year, at no cost. However, this initiative goes beyond merely distributing sanitary products; it represents a movement to normalize menstruation and empower girls with the knowledge and confidence they need. By removing financial barriers, the NMC aims to ensure that every girl has access to essential menstrual hygiene products.
